WMD Stockpiles: Privatize This
George W. Bush's 2004-05 effort to "secure" social security via privatization went over like a Hillary Clinton biography at Oprah's book club. Bush's futile effort took place about the same time somebody noticed that bicycle U-locks could be easily picked with a ballpoint pen. (Sept. 21, 2004)
