Just days after blowing the lid off of who REALLY was the most annoying character in the diner scene from Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds, Mo Rocca may be on to something again in the video below. I've seen a lot of this type of behavior in Oregon. Especially in those seedy new "dog parks" popping up around Portland.
I just hope the Clark County GOP doesn't get wind of this, or it'll be plastered across their homepage before you can say "givin' the dog a bone."
